Today Club penguin uploaded the official Halloween Party 2012 video on their youtube channel the video is called " I Dare You". The video is about 3 penguins from the " Ghost Just Wanna Dance' video who enter the Club Penguins "Haunted Mansion" and get to see the surprises of the Mansion.
