Club Penguin - Rookie EPF Message

Today 18 october recieved every EPF penguin on Club Penguin island a message on their spy phone of Rookie with the following message:
EPF MESSAGE
Gadzooks! There are ghosts everywhere!Alert! What do we do? We didn't cover ghosts in basic training!
